Do you offer a trade in programme?

No. We do have a thread on our Firefly Community where people buy and sell their products. You can find more information here.

Can I book an assessment with one of your products?

Although we do not offer assessments, we do have a 42 day returns policy. If you purchase and find the product to be unsuitable, we will take it back as long as it is returned in it's original state and offer a refund. Please see our returns policy for all terms and conditions.

I am getting funding and cannot pay online. Can I pay any other way?

Why can't I see pricing information for products?

Firefly is unable to ship to some countries. To purchase Firefly products in your country, please contact our distribution partners as follows on our Rest of World distributor guide.

What are the Firefly office opening times?

Monday – Thursday 8am – 4.30pm GMT Friday 8am – 2pm GMT
