Do you offer a trade in programme?

No. We do have a thread on our Firefly Community where people buy and sell their products.

Can I book an assessment with one of your products?

Although we do not offer assessments, we do have a 42 day returns policy. If you purchase and find the product to be unsuitable, we will take it back and offer a refund. Please see our returns policy for all terms and conditions.

I am getting funding and cannot pay online. Can I pay any other way?

What are the Firefly office opening times?

Monday – Thursday 8am – 4.30pm GMT Friday 8am – 2pm GMT
