Returns Policy

USA Customers

Refunds

  • We are happy to refund any product returned within 42 days from receipt of your goods as long as it is returned in its original condition. Once you contact us we will arrange free collection and will refund you in full no later than 7 days from receipt.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

  • You may notify us of damaged or faulty goods up to 14 days from receipt of your goods for a full refund. Once you contact us we will arrange free collection of the damaged/faulty goods and once returned to us we will refund you in full no later than 7 working days from receipt.

Warranty

  • Goods can be returned to us for warranty replacement up to 12 months from receipt. Once you contact us we will arrange free collection of the goods and we will replace your goods within 7 working days.

In all cases, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods being returned are suitably packaged, and in a re-sellable condition.

UK & ROI Customers

International Customers (Europe, Canada & Rest of World)

  • We are happy to refund any product returned within 42 days from receipt of your goods as long as it is returned in its original condition. Please contact us to obtain a Case Reference ID as per the International Returns procedure. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Once we receive the goods we will refund the value of the goods no later than 7 working days from receipt of the goods.
